Narae Voyage is an AI-assisted travel planning platform. The Service allows users to:
- Generate personalised travel itineraries
- Share their trips with other users
- Collaborate on group travel planning
- Discover recommended destinations and activities
- Save and manage their travel projects
3. Registration and User Account
Using certain features of the Service requires creating a user account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

The Service is provided "as is". Narae Voyage does not guarantee that the Service will be free from errors or interruptions. The itineraries generated are suggestions and do not constitute professional travel advice.
Narae Voyage cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Service, particularly in the event of bookings made on third-party sites.
7. Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
8. Modification of the Terms of Use
Narae Voyage reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of modifications by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Narae Voyage reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a violation of these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and following an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
